What “Aspelunden” has to offer:

The house lies next to an abandoned fishing-warehouse that has a deep-water quay that you can fish from. There is often a small fishing boat that is moored here, which creates a special atmosphere in the area. The house is situated on a large, quiet lot with an old, charming garden.
